The year 2021 presents a unique challenge- healthcare leaders find themselves with more technical tools with which to reach, treat, and analyze patients at the same time as providers and patients are exhausted, demoralized, and facing unprecedented adversity. A year into the COVID-19 pandemic, over 500,000 Americans have died from the virus and we face amplified disparities in severity, deaths, and vaccine rollout. Looking ahead, we’ll talk “No BS” answers to what steps leaders can and should take to better care for their communities and employees.
